Creative Direction
While PayPal had strong brand recognition, enterprise prospects needed a clearer articulation of measurable value. The opportunity was to shift the conversation from payment processing features to tangible business outcomes—higher authorization rates, reduced cart abandonment, and seamless tech stack integration—while building stronger mid-funnel momentum and equipping sales with a sharper story. The campaign centered on the platform line, “The Power to Convert Opportunity Everywhere It Exists.” A bold typographic system, PayPal’s signature blue and yellow palette, and oversized “P” graphic elements created a confident, cohesive visual language across channels, while forward-moving photography reinforced partnership and growth. Messaging focused on outcomes over features, translating complex enterprise capabilities into clear business impact, with every touchpoint—from landing pages to OOH—designed for clarity, authority, and conversion.
